All patrons must depart the site by 11:00a CT on Monday, October 10th.There will be no idle parking outside of the venue prior to the gates opening. Please do not arrive before the gate time listed above.Please do not ask to park anywhere other than where they show you to park. Parking attendants will show you your space upon arrival.
Camping spaces will be assigned to you. You are not allowed to save camping spaces, campsites are first come, first served. You must arrive with everyone you want to camp with at the same time. Camping sites will be marked with spray paint on the ground to delineate your area. Camping spaces are 20’ x 20’ spots that are big enough for one car + 1-2 tents and a hang area. You may purchase a pass to enter camping on Friday. Police will ask you to move if you park anywhere near the venue. Important - please do not arrive near the venue prior to 10:30a CT on Saturday, October 8th - you will not be allowed to line up or park on the side of the road anywhere near the venue. Sunday, October 9th - Check-In Hours: 9:00a CT - 9:00p CT. Saturday, October 8th - Check-In Hours: 10:30a - 9:00p CT. Friday, October 7th - Check-In Hours: 6:00p - 9:00p CT - additional camping pass required for Friday access. All patrons must depart the site by 11:00a CT on Monday, October 11th. For everyone's safety please do not drive in/out of parking lots once you’re set up unless for an emergency. Camping & Parking Lot re-entry until 9:00p CT only. Main Entrance/Check-In closes for all at 9:00p CT. Guest list attendees will also check in at the Main Entrance. Please do not arrive before the gate times listed above. Late arrivals (after 9:00p CT) will need to stay off property and wait until the next morning to check-in. Outside of those hours entry to the property will be permitted ONLY for ticket holders who have already checked in and have proper credentials. Patrons may only check in during the hours listed above. 6:00p - 9:00p CT - Camping Lots & Day Parking Lots Open for all check in at Main Entrance - additional ticket required for Friday arrival. 4:30p - 6:00p CT - VIP Camping check-in open at Main Entrance - exclusive VIP Camping patron access only until 6:00p CT and included with VIP Camping ticket. Have your tickets saved to your phone or printed and ready to show. Please follow the signage and instructions posted. Either way, please keep this important note in mind!Īll patrons will enter the venue through the Main Entrance and go through the check-in tent to receive your festival wristbands. We recommend hard-setting them to the Central Time Zone. Please Note, The Caverns is in the Central Time Zone!
